OHASHI High
Technology Corp.
offers cost-effective solutions for
your bilingual clerical and paralegal
support requirements such as bilingual
indexing, document pulling, and sorting for
court / office filing, prosecution,
litigation, due diligence and so forth. Such
requirements may be for a short or long
period of time. You may only require one
person or scores of temps.
For various occasions including litigation,
your office may need a group of bilingual
staff to go through and index boxes of
Japanese documents and obtain brief
summaries of what these documents are about.
You do not have to bring in full-time
Japanese / English speaking employees. We
can provide you with a group of temporary
clerks or translators only when you need
them.
Your firm may require bilingual receptionist
who can answer the phone in English and
Japanese. Your office may have a seasonal
high demand for computer data entry persons.
OHASHI High
Technology Corp. can send you who
you need when you need then only for as long
as you need them.
If you have a permanent, semi-permanent or
temporary bilingual Japanese / English
position to fill, call upon us. Please email
us your requirement.
Bilingual indexing staff
If
you have many boxes of Japanese documents,
we would recommend that you start with
our bilingual paralegal assistants to
index all the documents. Then, you can
direct us to translate only those documents
which you find necessary. Each box will take
a few to several days to index for one
paralegal assistant. We can send you one
assistant, a dozen or more. We can send them
for one day, one weekend, or for one year.
You can terminate our contract with a
one-day notice. We work nights and weekends
to meet your deposition date or court date
(normally 50% surcharge).
A
group of bilingual paralegal assistant and
junior translators
Another cost saving method for translating a
large volume of documents: You can hire a
necessary number of our paralegal assistants
and junior translators under a supervision
of one or a few of our higher level
consultants. Based on the trade-off between
the quality of the translation you desire
and the cost you could afford, you can tweak
how many of which level of our people you
would like to have for how long. Again, you
can terminate our contract with a one-day
notice, and we work nights and weekends to
meet your deposition date or court date
(normally 50% surcharge).
